Main purpose of the role:
Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction is the number one priority. Interact with each customer with great pride, passion and care and inspire shoppers through knowledge and expertise.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

- Previous customer service experience is an advantage.

Main duties:

- Show a positive attitude and take responsibility for ensuring customers receive an excellent shopping experience;
- Deal with all customer queries efficiently, professionally and consistent with store policy
- Merchandise shelves, ensuring that all areas of the store are presented to the highest standard
- Engage with new initiatives and embrace new ways of working.

This position is for our Navan StoreBirds SuperValu Beechmount Shopping Centre Navan.

Full Time 39 hours. (Including during the academic year)

Please note that the start and finish times stated are only an approximate but will include morning, afternoon and evening shifts. The successful candidate must be available to work across these hours

As a Sales Assistant you are required to use specialised equipment, therefore you must be 18 or over to work in our store

Full training will be provided to the successful candidate

Starting Rate : €12.70 Per Hour
